Overview

Shree Rath is a well known name in the Catering business in Mumbai. In India, catering business is still not fully organized. Management at Shree Rath is always a step ahead than the industry. They have visualized an application which can bring technology and automation in their business process. The requirement is to have a system in place which will replace the manual paper work and give the same desired output in less time. System should also act as a data warehouse and basic accounting system.

Solution

It was a challenge to understand the catering business process and convert it in to a system. The requirements were changing at each phase, as this was a first of its kind of development. It took a lot of time in development. We used a combination of .net and scripting. It was a mammoth task to convert the entire data to Gujarati language which was the requirement. Entire process was dynamic and th requirement is such that we tweaked the entire technology! After roll out also new phase came and we developed the solution and enhancement were implemented.
