Challenge

When we started working on this idea to develop an easy to use service desk with a basic CRM also, it required a lot of research and study. We interviewed hundreds of small to large scale retailers and service providers and finalized the blueprint of the Mera Service Desk model. After development, the biggest challenge was to convince the service providers to use this tool and explain them how they can use it as a companion and how it can build customer loyalty.

Solution
